Hotel Policies

HOTEL POLICIES

  • Check in time is 4pm, Check out is 11am
  • The guest arriving must present his/her credit card along with a valid ID that matches the reservation. If the room and/or incidental charges are being paid by someone else, the hotel will require the person agreeing to pay to complete a credit card authorization form. One adult guest at least 21 years of age must be registered with your party to check in. A $85 per night security deposit for incidental charges will be held upon check-in on your card.
  • Valet Parking is available at the hotel at $70 per vehicle per night with no in/out privileges, $75 for SUVs
  • Should you wish to have anything shipped to the hotel, we charge a small handling fee of $10 per package
  • The hotel is pet friendly, dogs and cats are allowed, there is a $100 nightly fee to keep a pet(s) in your guest room
  • Rollaway beds are subject to availability and room type, the hotel charges an additional fee of $50 per night

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Changes to the dates of stay, number of guests per room or number of rooms confirmed will be subject to current pricing which may be different than previously confirmed rates.
  • Your reservation is a non-cancelable, non-changeable, and non-refundable booking; cancelation of your reservation will result in a full penalty of all nights room and tax to your credit card; any questions regarding your cancelation policy should be directed to the hotel directly by e-mailing reservations@stewarthotelnyc.com
